Energywatch: |

Energywatch is the independent gas and electricity consumer watchdog. They provide free impartial information and advice and take up complaints on behalf of consumers who are experiencing difficulty resolving their problems with their suppliers.
VPH was appointed to build both the public internet site as well as the intra and extranet systems that help run the complaints process.
The website now handles 50 percent of enquiries and complaints with over one million hits a year. |
