The Dalmore have an exclusive global society known as The Custodians. The Custodians are first to hear of new expressions, distillery updates and competitions held by The Dalmore.

We built a complex eCRM system that allows users to register and become approved as Custodians. The system allows The Dalmore to compile data and statistics regarding the purchasing habits, likes and dislikes and various other data about their most loyal customers. The Client is then able to perform complex searches in order to target Custodians with relevant information.

The eCRM suite was built entirely in house, allowing us to continually modify and improve the system as required.
