DAMSON (Digital Asset Management Online) is VPH’s bespoke asset management system. Unlike most software, Damson doesn’t make you change the way you work as you can change the system to accommodate how you want to store assets. The navigation is set by the user and can be changed at any time to accommodate changing needs.

Lacoste footwear approached VPH after they identified a need for managing all their brand assets electronically. Previously the marketing department were being swamped with requests for assets and often the wrong assets were being used. VPH build a bespoke system using our asset management software Damson to create a central hub for all assets. Further developments to the system have seen a bulk upload system , emailing system and a contribute tool – allowing people to suggest relevant assets.
